So I can't resist the urge to get a head start on working out DK builds and I have to confess I think this might be one of the hardest set of talent trees to sort through with so much still in flux. Let's be honest though, what else do we have to waste our time on?
Tanking:
The Kyleface- If the goal is to be able to tank everything all at once and control where it goes and when, then this seems like the build. Say goodbye consecration, say hello to hungering cold.
Parry Build- Focus on only the essential looking frost tanking skills along with the blood skills that provide parry bonuses (spell damage mitigation and passive increase by 5% and 30% when no runes are active). Rune Tap bonuses seem nice, but I'm thinking the extra 435ish heals probably won't count for much by the time endgame rolls around. 16 AP per 1K armor probably isn't anything to sneeze at by endgame either:)
A little of everything- Trying to take the best within reach from each tree. 5% parry and Lichborne seem worthy of splitting points for.
DPS:
Unholy FTW- Armies of undead minions and a gargoyle...tyvm.
